Sam was wonderful to work with and we'd use Knoxville Flooring Center again as long as he's there. There were a few finishing details that were missed by the installers (e.g., moving large furniture back into the exact right location), but Sam was extremely responsive, asked for feedback immediately, and fixed all issues right away. Overall, great experience.
