Knoxville Flooring Center had a quicker turnaround than the ~5+ other companies we called to replace our carpet. Sam was wonderful to work with and we'd use Knoxville Flooring Center again as long as he's there. There were a few finishing details that were missed by the installers (e.g., moving large furniture back into the exact right location), but Sam was extremely responsive, asked for feedback immediately, and fixed all issues right away. Overall, great experience.

I have had Knoxville Flooring lay new carpet for us. They were efficient and professional. It was for 1100 sq ft and they were there early in the morning and were done by 5pm, I felt so comfortable with them that I brought new flooring for my downstairs fand they will be installing it this week.
